Program's Overview

Program Magister Sosiologi UGM memiliki fokus kajian dalam bidang media dan humaniora digital, identitas dan kewargaan, serta sosial dan kebijakan sosial. Kami juga menawarkan program dengan international exposure dengan fokus kajian kebijakan sosial dimana mahasiswa dapat berkesempatan mengikuti proses pembelajaran di Universitas Gadjah Mada serta di University of Melbourne, Australia (double degree program).

With the guidance and knowledge imparted by academics and expert practitioners, students will be equipped with social analysis and interpretation skills to think critically in conducting research and service programs grounded in social advocacy.

Registering for this program, prospective students will have the chance to be sponsored by various scholarships, such as the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP) by the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, as well as the Unggulan Scholarship and Indonesian Education Scholarship by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education Indonesia.
